2. Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We only accept payments in USD. All transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard major credit cards, that are compliant with PCI standards.

  • Currency: All prices displayed are in USD, and you will be charged in USD at checkout.

4. Fulfillment Policy

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5 PM EST). Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

  • FCMO services: Once payment is confirmed, FCMO services will begin and be delivered as contracted. FCMOs require information to be approved by you and your staff, we cannot be liable for any delays caused by you or your team’s inability to provide the necessary information needed to complete the contracted project(s).

  • Courses: Access to protected online courses will be granted within 24 hours of the receipt of payment. Upon course completion course certification of completion will be delivered within seven working business days.

  • Monthly subscriptions: If applicable, monthly subscriptions are billed and must be paid for in advance. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled by providing written notice 30 days in advance.

  • Replenishment: When applicable SMS and Email services are billed when your account has reached its minimum threshold on an automated basis.

5. Refund Policy

  • FCMO and digital marketing strategies: For FCMO services and digital marketing strategies, refunds are not typically offered. However, if you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, and we will work to resolve the problem.

  • Digital Marketing Subscriptions: Payment for digital marketing subscriptions are billed in advance, there are no refunds offered on unused portions of subscriptions.

  • Online Courses: 30 day no risk money back guarantee.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, products purchased on sale, or products used for more than 30 days.

  • Replenishment Charges: There are no refunds on unused portions of replenishment accounts after services have been discontinued.

6. Return Policy

  • Returns for FCMO services: FCMO services are not eligible for returns. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of reports and strategies so we can resolve any issues.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at (919) 605-9296. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for digital products or services that have already been delivered.

  • Subscription Cancellations: If you have subscribed to any of our ongoing services, you can cancel 30 days prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
